Stephanie has always provided great service and even gone out of her way to take care of me. The owners Deb and Gail have created an easy and comfortable atmosphere plus they are dog lovers! I don't feel like that was fair at all. Never once did she apologize or show any concern. Emailing me a day before my scheduled appointment is extremely unprofessional. I knew I wanted to accommodate them further but I was afraid to carry on hand because of all the dangerous things I had heard about people being robbed and even being killed.
